Step 5
Implant the definitive stem (ref. 78500000/12) gently by hand, then firmly insert to the correct level with the stem impactor (ref. 78500103).
     

Step 6
In case of need to remove the stem use the stem extractor (ref. 78500-104) either connected to the pneumatic gun connector (ref.78500108) or the sliding hammer (ref. 78500101).

Step 7
Gently impact the definitive head onto the stem, followed by the final reduction using the reduction guide (ref. 49030304).
