Step 3
Insert the landmark guide (ref. 78501916/917) into the hole at the top of the broach and push the pins through to accurately assess the stem size. The lower pin is level with the tip of the greater trochanter, the upper pin equals the level of next stem size with 0mm neck length.

Step 4
Remove the landmark guide and pins, then perform trial reduction. Remove the modular broach using the pneumatic gun connected to the modular broach handle (automatic, ref. 78501915/78502915).
