Step 1
Perform the neck osteotomy at 65° from the central vertical axis of the femur. Open the femoral canal using one of the box chisels (8mm, 12mm, 16mm).
         

Step 2
Prepare the femoral canal using the modular broaches starting with size ‘0’ (ref. 78501900) until the preoperatively templated size is reached. This can be performed manually using the modular broach handle (manual, ref. 78501918) or by connection to a pneumatic gun using the modular broach handle (automatic, ref. 78501915/78502915).
